Tucked just above Venice, Asolo is like the effortlessly stylish cousin of Valdobbiadene — quiet, graceful, and absolutely sparkling. Picture soft hills, golden light, and vineyards that look like they’ve stepped out of a dream.

This slice of Treviso, stretching from Nervesa to Fonte, is Prosecco’s best-kept secret. The hills here are gentle, romantic, and oh-so-sippable — rising between 100–300 meters, with curves that whisper elegance into every glass.

Beneath the beauty? Over 2,000 natural sinkholes (yep, dolines) and mineral-rich, water-loving soil that make the vines sing. The earth here is old, red, and crumbly — the kind of place that just knows how to grow great grapes.

Add in a climate that’s basically a winemaker’s mood board — mild springs, warm (but not sweaty) summers, and breezy, golden autumns — and you’ve got yourself a bubbly paradise.

And that name? “Asolo” goes way back — Latin roots, ancient vibes, and a nod to the iconic hilltop Rocca that watches over it all.

We didn’t start here, but we sure fell hard. And once you sip, we think you will too.
