Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut  ANDREOLA Dirupo 

Dirupo Brut is a Valdobbiadene DOCG that best expresses the hilly terroir from which it originates. With a fine and persistent perlage, it presents aromas of hawthorn, acacia, green apple, and peach. On the palate, it is savory and rounded, with a balance between energy and delicacy. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish and white meat dishes.

Description

  • Variety: 90% Glera, 5% Bianchetta, 5% Perera.
  • Elevation:  200-500 m a.s.l.
  • Growing Method:  Modified Cappuccina, Modified Double Arched Cane.
  • Vine Density: 3,500 plants per hectare.
  • Production per Hectare: 13,500 kg/ha.
  • Vinification:  Soft pressing of white grapes.
  • Primary Fermentation:** Controlled temperature with flotation and fermentation processes.
  • Base Wine Maturation in Steel:  Minimum of 6 months.
  • Prise de Mousse:  30–40 days.
  • Secondary Fermentation:  “Charmat Method” for second fermentation in large containers.
  • Aging in Bottle: 1–3 months.
  • Alcohol Content:  11.5% vol.
  • Residual Sugar: 10 g/l.
  • Available Sizes: 0.75 L.
